Propel'r gives you the ability to create events and pin projects and actions to them. You can use reminders to alert you to what needs completing for each event.

You can group actions across multiple projects by making use of contexts such as "phone calls" or "errands". This allows you minimize the impact of context switching. You can also assign projects or actions to specific users.
